Your main task is to manage 15-20 Application Support team member, who are providing 2nd level support for clients, diagnosing the issues and escalating to programmers in cases of complex application problems. You are managing the performance of the team, ensuring that all service levels are met. You are defining SLAs and KPIs for the support service and ensure accurate reporting. You are also setting, managing and achieving strategic goals for the team.
The ideal candidate has 5 years of working experience and 2 years in a people management role. She/he has strong people management and analytical skill. The candidate should understand ITIL and SDLC Processes. The successful candidate must have IT background, ideally working experience with JAVA or .NET technologies, database knowledge and experience in executing/ leading IT projects. Due to the international environment excellent English language knowledge is necessary for the position.
