Responsibilities:
Managing of section unit (AP, AR)
Set-up GL-accounting
Managing team of 15 members
Supporting of closing processes
Ensuring of quality and high performance
Harmonising processes across all entities
Improving processes
Ensuring of proper vendor invoice workflow process
Requirements:
Proven management skills (2-4 years)
Very good organisation and communication skills
Experience in AP, AR or GL within SSC - team leader position
Fluency in English, German or French advantage
Very good analytical thinking
Friendly, process driven personality
Experience in IT accounting tools, preferable SAP
