Responsibilities:
Screening, qualifying and reference checking suitable candidates
Close cooperation with Hiring managers
Developing the souring strategies for each role
Developing innovative souring options
Facilitating the interview and selection process utilising the appropriate templates
Identifying areas of process improvement
Developing and maintaining relationships with candidates and Hiring Managers
Requirements:
4-6 years experience in full-cycle recruiting
Experience with face to face interviewing
Experience with meeting target, SLAs
Understanding of legislation affecting area of work
Experience with souring candidates
Very good communication skills
Fluency in English
