We are looking for an experienced, talented self starting, driven New Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our successful company.
The role will be to generating new business by engaging with clients and placing candidates of various capacities into permanent employment according to the business focus including but not limited to the various markets we work within.
The predominance of the role initially will involve sourcing and securing new clients in order to maximize revenue, brand awareness and exposure, and managing the day to day business relationship with them thus driving ongoing success.
You will develop strong, valuable and sustainable relationships with clients and to secure and qualify vacancies before identifying and screening candidates to provide short lists for specific client requirements.
The position will lead the interview process and provide feedback and guidance to all individuals concerned and manage client and candidate expectations through to conclusion.
Person / Experience Required
The successful candidate will be competitive, resilient, persuasive, money motivated, pro-active and tenacious with excellent communication skills and bags of common sense, imagination, a strong desire to succeed and often surpass their own and the businesses expectations, measures and targets. They will be extremely articulate, ethical, reliable and have a confident telephone manner.
• Previous Permanent Recruitment Experience
• Proven track record - the ability to continually bill and succeed
• The ability to mentor new Recruitment Consultants
• Fun and lively personality
• The desire to grow and develop within the position
• At least 2 – 5 years experience with evidence of successes
• Commitment, drive, flexibility and does not give up easily
• The aspiration to move into senior position
