Main Job Tasks:
* Conducting business negotiations, particularly with the institutions from public sector (cities, hospitals) and other companies in order to obtain new businesses,
* Preparation of commercial offers of the bid for public tenders for on- and off-street business * Supervision, consultation and management of bid documentation and calculation
* Creation of positive image of the company and its brand by the high quality service provided
* Preparation and strategy development and support in preparation of financial/business plans
* Co-operation with all companies departments
* Maintenance of high quality service for all customers
* Co-supervision of the all companies activities particularly, sales development, technical support, administration.
* Management and development of personnel, optimisation of the organisational structure
* Supervision and management of procurement
* Care of the highest management standard including ISO management
Our client require candidate with university degree in (Economy or Technical is an Advantage) with proactive approach and portfolio of contacts of potential customers. Confident and experienced with leading the teams with proven experience within international and structured business. Also previous experience in administration, staff management, business development is required. English on Advanced or higher level (speaking/writing), Native Czech.
