As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, developing and executing marketing programs to achieve annual and strategic goals. You will be responsible for developing and executing a broad range of marketing activities, manage full mix marketing campaigns, publicity events, produce brochures, investment commentary and presentation materials and develop strong relationships with internal clients. You will be responsible for leading marketing campaigns that drive real estate sales and educate clients about the firm's products and services. Other duties that you will handle include creating sales collateral, overseeing the department's budget and administering the company's client database.
This position will work closely with their business development team to determine their needs and devise creative solutions. This position will help to expand company’s market share by developing creative, multi-platform campaigns.

Skills/Requirements
The ideal candidate has the proven ability to generate new and unconventional ideas and to translate them into successful campaigns. Strong interpersonal, writing and oral communication skills are very important. You will communicate with top executives, external vendors and media personnel. You will be highly organised, proactive, sales-focused and creative. You should be proficient in word-processing, presentation and spreadsheet software applications.
A team-work mentality, qualified candidates will have at least 3-5 years of marketing experience within real estate but preferably in shopping centres, a degree in marketing preferred. Previous experience in developing successful multimedia strategies is essential.
