As Team Leader you will be managing a team with 8 Process Executives, who provide administrative support for insurance client. You are coaching, mentoring and developing them, providing operational support, setting, managing and achieving strategic goals.
You are also responsible for the SLA and KPI area within the team and you also monitor risk of service provided and ensure implementation of mitigation measures. You also analyze processes, drive process improvement, implement innovative solutions.
To be the ideal candidate have experience in coordinating a financial related team, most likely at insurance area or you have experience in process management/process improvement, background in insurance/financial services/SSC.
We are seeking for project oriented person, who has experience in process improvement, transformation / harmonisation projects. Due to the international environment you must speak fluently in English and German. Advanced knowledge of MS Office – Excel & macros, Word, Power Point are also important to have this job.
