LINE MANAGER - CLINICAL RESEARCH

Our client is international Pharmaceutical Company based in Prague. We are looking for new member for our Prague office.
As a LINE MANAGER you will be responsible for 2 countries.
-Supervision and coordination of the work assignments and performance of their team.
-Development of strategy and building and maintaining a high performance team.
- Participation in or leading global and /or inter-disciplinary work groups, taskforces, teams, initiatives, etc. Advocating and implementing best practices and continuous improvement.
Ideal candidates will have minimum of 5 years experience in clinical research, experience in the planning, conduct and management of clinical studies. Experience as a manager, supervisor or leadership experience, experience mentoring and providing feedback to others.
Demonstrated ability to drive project related activities. Previous resource allocation experience and working in a complex matrix environment.
