Our client is currently offering an interesting job opportunity, chance to work for amazing international FMCG company to help with development of product categories and bring new improvements and ideas.
Key activities & Job role:
• Owning responsibility for the development, execution, and performance of all programs designed based to company objective
• Leading development of rationale and direction relating to product range, space, fixture layout, visibility and promotion practices in order to leverage competitive advantage
• Responsible for management and monitoring of Trade Marketing Investments and initiatives execution.
• Establishing channel strategies and implementing the associated plans
• Development of a trade promotional plan with key customers and channels
• Working closely with key customers to provide category and shopper insights to drive performance
• Development and delivery of new product development (NPD) plans
• Putting in place, monitor and improve processes to link all Marketing activities with the activities of the Sales team
• Responsible for Trade Marketing / Category Management process & solutions with external & internal customers to grow the categories.
• Develop, implement & evaluate category plans to meet profit objectives.
• Inform Channel strategy and provide trade-related insight into the annual business planning process to ensure that agreed NPD and core business activity plans are tailored to meet customer needs.
• Ensure category/channel plans are aligned with local Marketing plans & targets.
Education & Experience
Candidate should have University degree or equivalent in commercial related subject.
Advanced usage of written and spoken English, strong communication/presentation and analytical abilities and skills. Work experience should be around 3 - 5 years including local market sales experience in an FMCG environment, across a variety of trade channels. Ideal candidate for this position had experience with cross-functional leadership, strategic thinking, commercial delivery, had excellent presentation skills. Budget management experience, training skills and ability to communicate at different organisation levels.
