You will be responsible for preparation and execution of department budget, making monthly rolling forecasts. You also identify, develop and promote best talents as new leaders, developing and building maturity and seniority in middle management teams.
You also participate in company projects, driving the Process Improvements Agenda across DM processes. You should provide effective communication and cooperation for the client at all operational levels, implementing proper governance with client's line management.
Your will be also responsible for the followings:
- Regular business reporting - provide analysis and trends in operational performance, focusing on delivery of contracted KPIs/SLAs
- Responsibility for process validation, maintenance and adjustments/changes upon agreement with client
- Review and set regularly pricing of new/current services for the customer and responsibility for implementation of new prices to operational practice
- Setting Transactional Model for all processes in Delivery Management
- Actively participate in all meetings, projects, initiatives and agendas of the company´s Top Management team to contribute and deliver tactical as well as strategic goals and targets.
We are seeking for a senior manager, who had at least 3-5 years experience in senior leadership role with a larger team. Ideally you gained your work experience at BPO/SSC or financial companies and have a global overview about the BPO organisation.
Due to the international environment you must have fluent English knowledge.
You need to have strong people management skill and analytical thinking, also ability to anticipate trends and respond to them accurately and professionally. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills are necessary for this position. Knowledge of Financial Management is also important.
