Our client is the international producer of mechanical parts for automotive industry. For their stable manufacturing plant in region Plzen we are looking for most suitable candidate to the position of ENGINEERING MANAGER
You main task will be manage and develop departments of Engineering and Maintenance, including 40 subordinates - Process engineers, Kaizen stakeholder, electrical and mechanical maintenance staff.
Your responsibilities will also cover:
- implementing continuous improvement tools, ensuring efficiency and productivity development within the factory
- improving maintenance and preventive maintenance procedures and system
- cooperation with production and quality departments
- preparing technical documentation and data
- participating on new production projects transfer / launch
We are looking for candidate with technical university degree, very good knowledge of English and previous experience in Engineering Management in automotive industry.
