The second day of stay
09.30 – 13.30 - „Mountain sauna detoxification ritual with Petra“ – experience the expanding hot air
- above hot stones, smell the wonderful aroma of herbs, your pores are open and there is
- a strong detoxification. At the end of the ritual wipe your face and neck with honey,
- which acts as a gentle scrub and cleans your skin and detoxifies
- you relax your body and mind, the only risk of Mountain ritual is simply that you become dependent on it
