TECHNICAL MANAGER – rubber industry experienc

For our client, international company awarded for industrial design, we are looking for a suitable candidate for the role of TECHNICAL MANAGER who will be responsible for development of new business unit specialized in wet pour rubber.
Main tasks will be to
Build a working business model with focus on good quality
Lead various projects and project teams within the Europe region (travelling about 16% of time)
To create and maintain technical documentation
Develop cooperation with external suppliers
Ideal candidate has
Experience with Rubber/Plastic/EPDM production
Experience in Project Leading from international company
Technical insight in order to understand and overview the tasks at a construction site
Fluent level of English, another language id advantage
