Due to a high number of new instructions and successful expansion of client´s portfolio we are looking for a motivated and results driven experienced letting professional: He/she will focus on letting of administrative buildings/projects under development across the Czech republic.
Main tasks will consist of promotion of projects; approaching potential tenants, presenting them available units for lease as well as negotiating conditions of letting contract.
This person will be in regular contact with investors and prepare reports on issues connected with letting.
A very important part of the role is networking, attending various events, conferences and fairs.
We are looking for a university graduate with min 2 years of commercial property letting experience.
Another criteria are the right personality: open, motivated , sociable as well as dynamic and positive person with excellent English and Czech/Slovak.
