Finance Manager-AP/GL area

Our client - a market leader Financial Shared Service Centre - is opening a new role for an experienced candidate.
You will be responsible to managing an AP/GL team with 15 financial experts. They are providing accounting for foreign entity and for international management team, thus you need to communicate with external and internal customers on daily basis.
You are also responsible to coach and support your team with your financial expertise. As leader of the team you also review their performance and make sure the internal and external customers are satisfied with the provided accountancy service.
To be the successful candidate you must have 2-3 years experience in managing financial team and also some years experience in financial position as accountant, controller, etc. Economical related education is necessary. You must speak a fluent English and Polish to fulfill the requirements of this position.
