Your main task is to manage the Credit Control Department and make sure the services are meet with the defined KPI. As team leader you are reviewing, supervising and coaching the Credit Control team members.
You are making regular and ad-hoc reporting and keeping contact with the customers on daily basis. You are also providing assistance to sales staff (solving debts, following customers need) and you are responsible for delinquent debts and follow up processes (legal attorney, external collection agency).
To be the successful candidate for this position you need to have at least 2 years experience in credit controlling and in team leading. Also at least communicative English knowledge is important for this position. You should have experience with MS Office tools, mainly in Excel. You don´t need to have experience in accounting, but that is an advantage.
