Senior Java Developer

Our client - a well-known software development company - is opening new roles for talented candidates; they are building new teams in field of Java Programming. The company is continuously increasing as they are obtaining many new projects. Now they have an urgent need for Senior Java Developers.
Your tasks:
- Manage small sections of ongoing projects
- Help to manage individual teams
- Report directly to the Project Manager/Team Leader
- Programming in Java and implementing solutions that include database schema, business logic as well as some presentation layer work.
- Create features and platforms with the highest level of security, reliability, efficiency, and scalability
- Using existing methods and best practices
- Develop new techniques
- Work with Agile SCRUM
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years software programming experience in Java or C++
- Proficiency in SQL and extensive experience with database driven applications
- Preferably university degree in computer engineering or equivalent
- Understanding of modern web applications from database to browser
- Advanced English knowledge, Czech language knowledge is not requirement
- Excellent communication and presentation skill
- Good team-player and ability to coach and support colleagues
