We are seeking for an experienced and highly motivated candidate for Application Support position, who would resolve technical support requests for client products or services and assist customers with debugging of new and existing code. She/he needs to participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance. Basically this is a technical customer support role with outstanding IT knowledge.
The successful candidate should have knowledge in any of the following programming languages: HTML, JavaScript, Java, C#, .NET, PHP and also experience in troubleshooting, debugging web codes and scripts (HTML, JavaScript) is preferred.
Due to the international environment the candidate should speak at least advanced level in English. Good communication, problem-solving and customer service skill is must as in this position the candidate is frequently contacting with customers.
