German&English speaking Customer Service Representative

Your tasks:
- providing complete customer service on phone, e-mail and fax for native German and English speaking customers regarding flight tickets, air-flight schedules and other related services
- up-dating knowledge about product information and daily national/international news
- supporting travel agencies, handling their queries
Our requirements:
- German AND English language knowledge on advanced level-spoken and written
- excellent communication and customer service skill
- experience in customer service is a big advantages, but not a must
This job is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and for candidates who have already some experience, but want to try a different customer service job.
