The candidate, who will succeed, will be responsible for providing services to employees and managers, fulfil the requests from EU staff and managers, support employees and managers on HR issues and guide the employees through HR processes and policies.The candidate would also cooperate with HR Consultants and work on improvement of the services. Important part of the job is application of EU policies.
A suitable candidate should have at least high school education (HR/Business qualification preferable), minimum 1 year of working experience in HR and good PC skills. Knowledge of Business English is a must, knowledge of additional European language is a big advantage. The client is looking for a communicative, representative candidate with great organizational skills and ability to multitask. We are seeking for an independent person, who is also a team player!
