Our client is a market leader BPO company on the Ostrava´s market is opening a new roles for CISCO experts to support their international client in IT/Networking related questions.
We are searching for candidates both junior or senior level, who could join to their technical team and have an opportunity on their level. This technical service team is specialised to manage services of global private IP MPLS network.
You will review, investigate and troubleshoot of customer’s problems. You will make service modifications, maintaining of customer’s premises equipment (CPE) on Layer 2,3 and 4 of OSI model (CISCO mostly).
You must have secondary education, preferably telecommunication area. Due to the frequent contact with the customer from abroad you must have advanced English knowledge. You should have knowledge in the followings: LAN/WAN, TCP/IP protocol, OSI model, basics of networking on CCNA level. Also good knowledge of DSL/P2P/MPLS/BGP.
If you have any work experience in networking field is a big advantage, but not a must.
