Our client, an international developer, is currently looking for an experienced Project Analyst to join its Prague team.
Job description:
Assistance with preparation of budgets and forecasts
Preparation and review of cost reports for individual projects
Preparation of various analyses on current spending vs. budget
Cash flow reporting
Data maintenance in the accounting system
Financial modeling
Ad hoc reports for the management and project owners
Requirements:
University degree preferably in accounting/finance
Minimum of 3 years of job experience in reporting and financial analyses
Knowledge of accounting
Knowledge of calculations using IRR, NPV, etc. is an advantage
Excellent computer skills, particularly MS Excel
Fluency in both, written and spoken English and Czech
Excellent communication skills – ability to communicate effectively with technically oriented staff
Multitasking and goal-oriented
Ability to meet tight deadlines and to plan work accordingly
