The candidate’s work would be divided into several areas. One part of the work is supervision of payroll policies and procedures, including payroll calculation and final booking, as well as support of the communication between HR and Payroll. A successful candidate will be responsible also for cooperation with other sections of the financial department on agenda concerning financial accounting, employee expenses, etc.
A suitable candidate should have a University degree, minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience, knowledge of multinational payroll activities and related legal environment. Excellent English is a must. The client is looking for communicative, persuasive and representative candidate, ideally with team-leading experience, who has a proactive approach and is able to multi-task.
