For our client, we are at the moment looking for Regional Manager for South Slovakia.
This position will be responsible for delivering on Sales performance targets for the Territory and to contribute to the network performance at the same time; managing, developing and coaching Retailers in the Territory; maintaining strict control over Customer Service Levels; ensuring Site Operation standards and full compliance with HSSE rules; reporting to Senior district manager. Ca 60 Retail outlets.
The expectation is University or College degree, must be fluent in English/Slovak language, Hungarian language is advantage. Candidate must be strong results orientation, good business analysis skills, well-developed PC skills and driving license B.
