In this role you will be responsible for leading three teams (accounting, cash management and project team) and your main agenda will consist of financial reports and analyses, budgeting, tax compliance and management of banking function. You would also manage annual financial closures; cooperate with the HR department, external tax advisors, auditors and bank management.
A successful candidate should have a University degree in economics, at least 5 years in accounting/finance environment and minimum 3 years in a managerial role leading minimum 10 member team. A good knowledge of Czech accounting standards and IFRS, as well as financial accounting systems, business analysis and taxation is required together with good knowledge of cash management and standard internal controls procedures ideally within a financial institution. Fluent English is essential while ACCA is advantageous.
