A successful candidate would be responsible for HR management of the company and associated administration, whole process of recruitment, optimalization of HR processes and for overview of the labour law. The candidate would also cooperate with management and organize company events. The candidate would be responsible for the agenda both for Prague and Brno offices.
An ideal candidate should have at least secondary education, minimum 3 years of working experience from similar position and good PC skills (especially MS Office). Experience with recruitment for IT positions is considered as a big advantage. Very good level of English and knowledge of Labour code a must. The client is looking for a responsible and flexible candidate with good presentation skills. The candidate should be independent person as well as team player.
