A candidate, who will succeed, will be responsible for a complex administrative agenda relating to the support to the management of the company, such as coordination of conferences, organization of business trips, and management of business correspondence. A successful candidate will also take care of internal and external orders, presentations and preparation of meetings.
An ideal candidate should have minimum 2- year working experience of Assistant and experience from corporate environment. The candidate should have excellent knowledge of MS Office and be communicative in English. The client is looking for flexible, communicative and responsible candidate, who is able to prioritize and can work under pressure.
