A fast growing company is currently looking for an experienced HEAD OF ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE who will be responsible for regional financial reporting.
In this position you will be covering a complex accounting agenda incl. taxes as well as payroll of a large region app. 10+ countries). You will be responsible for regular reporting as well as ad hoc analyses required by the management of the company. You will also be participating on strategic decisions and set up of different procedures and processes within finance.
We are looking for a candidate with University education and minimum 3-year experience at a similar position, responsible for countries such as USA, UK or Germany is a MUST! Experience with setting up new branches/entities, transfer pricing agenda and local and international tax are necessary too. Fluent English and Czech are essential while other language is an advantage. We are looking for an independent and dynamic person, who is able to work under stress and is a team player.
