DISTRIBUTION SALES MANAGER/VEMI

Our client is the market leader in network video and a driving force behind the shift from analog to digital video surveillance, which paves the way for a more secure, smarter and safer world. Currently we have brilliant opportunity for new Distribution Sales manager who will cover CEE region, based at Prague office.
As experienced distribution manager you will be responsible for:
•Account Management of the distributors on the market and act as their main contact on a daily basis actively support the sales out.
•Analyse and evaluate the distribution landscape
•Find potential and ideal distributors, train them and coach them in order to perform
•Annual target setting and continuous follow up (of KPI:s linked to those targets).
•Manage stock levels & stock rotations, credit notes, price issues etc.
•Plan, Implement and follow up of distributors marketing activities together with the local marketing coordinator
•Train the distributor on our products, value add arguments and on our processes.
•Evaluate and follow-up performance of each distributor, make strategic decisions and act accordingly together with Sales Manager
Experience:
•International experience from managing distributors in Central Eastern Europe, preferably also from Balkan countries. Senior individual in terms of knowledge and experience, 5-10 years of experience in a role like this.
•Experience from sales in the IT or/and security industry (preferably)

•Documented ability to reach set sales targets, working through other people
•Ability to build and maintain important relationships with customers
•Ability to analyze the customers and prioritize in the right way
Good knowledge of TCP/IP Networks
•Good ability to create/implement valuable sales & marketing activities
•Very good English and another CEE/Balkan language.
•Good communicator with both internal and external stakeholders
•Good organizational skills
•Driving license
•Very good computer knowledge, experience from systems
