A successful candidate will manage the whole agenda of VAL reporting. Among the main duties belongs scheduled and ad hoc VAL reporting for HR costumers in the EMEA region, documentation of new processes and providing a support to HR costumers related to the source data.
A suitable candidate should have at least a Bachelor´s degree in the area of HR, IT, business or other relevant area and minimum 1 year of working experience of a similar position. Excellent knowledge of English and MS Excel is essential. Knowledge of SQL or PeopleSoft is a huge advantage. Familiarity with time systems and HR reporting processes is required. The client is looking for communicative candidate with good technical and organizational skills.
