Business Controller / ZAJA

Our client, an international IT company, is currently looking to fill the position of financial controller for their Prague-team based.
A successful candidate will be responsible for the agenda of P&L, Costs and other financial matters connected to the controlling. Within the area of P&L and Costs the candidate will provide reporting, analysis, regular forecasting and recommendations for improvement. Important part of the job is preparation of compensation plans and business cases. The candidate will cooperate with departments across the company.
An ideal candidate should have University degree in the area of economics, at least 5-year experience from similar position and minimum 5 years working experience from international company dealing with consumer software business selling. Very good English is a must. The candidate should have excellent knowledge MS Office (knowledge of SQL, OLAP, VBA is advantageous). The client is looking for creative and proactive candidate with analytical mind.
