Our client is offering premium brand jewelleries with the connected high level of customer focus to their consumer.
As Shop Manager you will be responsible for smoothly running the shop and manage your team. You will be responsible for the respective processes in order to achieve defined performance objectives in terms of profitability as well as qualitative objectives. You need to keep the service quality and shop appearance according to the company´s strategy and policy. You will coach your team continuously and advice them with new sales and customer service techniques. You will manage team and individual performances by developing and communicating qualitative and quantitative objectives. You are also spending maximum time on the shop floor to serve consumers and supervise team.
The successful candidate must have 3-5 years of experience in managing an international premium brand fashion shop with relevant people management experience. She/he must speak on very good level of English as the Shop Manager is keeping contact with the foreign Regional Manager. Due to the reporting to Regional Manager you must able to understand financial results and able to analyse. The ideal candidate is team and goal oriented, has a high level if sales attitude and excellent customer service skill.
