Our client is a well-known jewellery company, which offers high quality and valuable products for their clients. In Ostrava they have already a successful store and to increase their performance they are opening another place for you now.
Your providing the best service for each customer, introducing and representing the brand. You are proactively advising by understanding the customer´s main concern.Your task is also covering other shop assistant tasks, such as checking stocks, administrative tasks and visual merchandising.
The successful candidate must have a proactive attitude with a high customer -and sales oriented approach. Preferably you worked already as shop assistant in fashion or jewellery area. We also waiting for application from graduates who completed commercial or economical studies and they would try themselves in the retail field with a well-known company. You must speak at least on communication level in English to provide satisfactory advice in choosing jewelleries for your foreign customers and also communicate with the foreign partners/colleague.
We are expecting applications only from those candidates, who are very flexible with shifts and able to work also on week-ends and bank holidays. The shifts are scheduled according to the shopping mall´s opening hours.
