RECEPTIONIST IN PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY

Would you like to be a part of a world-known pharmaceutical company? We are currently looking for a suitable candidate for position RECEPTIONIST/OFFICE ASSISTANT. (30 hours per week)

A successful candidate would be responsible for different agendas - ensures the proper functioning of the reception, provides a wide range of secretarial support.
Duties include normal receptionist’s tasks like answering telephones, directing calls, greeting and assisting visitors and further such as:
- keeping record of incoming visitors, preparation of visitor’s badges for them
- organisational support of the meetings and workshops taking place on-site - preparation of meeting rooms for meetings: set-up, refreshment
- elaborating the incoming mail and its distribution to individual mail boxes
- ordering taxis for visitors
- arranging of outgoing courier services – messenger, DHL, elaborating and distribution of incoming courier packages
- communication with facility management concerning office related issues
- management and distribution of entry cards and keys for employees


A suitable candidate should demonstrate administrative experience and technical competencies. A candidate should have an interpersonal skills and an ability to work across internal functions and roles for beneficial outcome. Fluent english is a must! The client is looking for a representative candidate with strong oral and written skills.
