Software Application Support with German

Our world-class BPO client is opening a role for a talented and motivated IT Specialist to work on their Software application. The company provides business consulting, technology, engineering and outsourcing services in over 30 countries, so the candidate can part of an increasing business and work with most modern technologies.
You will provide application support for non-standard software applications by communicating with end users from German speaking countries to clarify problems with applications and resolve. You will diagnose the issue and escalate to programmers in cases of complex application problems and facilitate communication between programmers and end users
To be the successful candidate for this position you must have knowledge how to program in Object Oriented programming languages and especially with JAVA, C#, C++. You should have also basic knowledge in SQL, Unix/SSH. Due to the client support you must speak advanced level in German and English. You are a flexible and dynamic person, who likes challenges and eager to solve problematic situation.
This position is excellent for talented fresh graduates, who had already some school project with the mentioned programming languages and would like to start their carrier at a market leader international company and enjoying their benefit and their dynamic environment. We would also like to have application from candidates who has already experience in Software support/development or any other technical support role with knowledge of the programming languages.
