Process Engineer- Plastic Injection Molding

We are seeking for a talented and experienced candidate for our international manufacturing client, who is starting a new production in Ostrava´s region. Due to the company´s worldwide expansion they are recently establishing a new branch and will start to produce high-quality Polypropylene compound and Long fiber reinforced thermoplastics.
The position is open for candidates who have knowledge in plastic industry with focus on the injection molding technology! As this is a new plant and production you will participate in different processes and with your experience you are supporting successful start of the company.
Your main task is to support the testing of the product and ensure the excellent quality, by knowing the injection molding process.
You tasks:
- improvement of the technological processes
- optimisation parameters for injection
- start up and participate in the production, product testing
- cooperation across the company (development, production, purchasing, quality, etc.)
- preparation and management of new projects
The successful candidate must have knowledge and experience in injection molding processes and machines, main focus on the large plastic parts products. In ideal case the candidate has experience in similar production as process/project engineer.
Requirements:
- high school / university technical focus (specialisation in plastics advantage)
- proven experience in similar position
- good communicative knowledge of English
- knowledge of technological processes, injection molding
