Your main task is to supervise both General Ledger team and Accounts Payable(for foreign entities) and also complete accountant(for Czech entity) team in order to maintain the General Ledger and A/P sub ledger, conduct month-end closings, prepare financial statements and reconcile the accounts in line with Service Level Agreements. You will be responsible for functional supervision of up to 12 agents, senior agents, team leaders and AP / GL supervisors.
You will report to the Head of Shared Service Centre.
Requirements:
- Financial education
- 3-5 years accounting experience General Ledger & AP
- Experience with supervising and motivating employees
- Good communication skills, tact and diplomacy
- Knowledge of accounting systems
- PC-Skills: Microsoft Office
- Advanced knowledge in English
