You will be responsible for:
Process definition, implementation, documenting, reviewing, reporting and auditing
Driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the process
Identifying improvement opportunities
Responsible for ITIL processes and IT services across the organization and countries
Coordination/negotiation agreements and requirements of business and IT service providers (SLA, OLA) Managing affected specialists and vendors
Communication to ICT management and stakeholders
Strong focusing to analysis of provided IT services in order to achieve continuous improvement
Implementing, managing and SLA reporting of the assigned IT services
Reporting on business and ICT management level
Requirements:
•ICT infrastructure overview
•Business services awareness
•Ability to assess impact of business needs to services/infrastructure changes and processes
•Strong ability to implement teoretical knowledge and best practices (ITIL, DMAIC)
•Experience in providing IT services and orientation in the environment of multinational/multiplatform org. and IT structures
