Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates technical requirements for SAP BI enhancement requests to solve problems presented by the client business unit or leverage opportunities towards business process improvements.
Research, analyze, design, propose, and deliver SAP BW/BI solutions that are appropriate for the business and technology strategies, and educate others on architectural principles, standards, methodology and trends.
Contribute to the development of BI strategies and support the SAP BI Client Organization in Prague
Articulate and validate the technical solution meets the business requirements
Provide timely and effective Level 2-3 production support to SAP BI and other enterprise solution users throughout the company.
Leverage best practices in BI/BW solution and service delivery.
Ensure that SAP BI activities (e.g. configuration) maximize the use and adoption of LSA standards and minimize the ongoing TCO for maintenance and upgrade of the SAP BI solution.
Design, develop, test and implement appropriate system configurations to effectively meet business requirements.
Provides delivery and support for full lifecycle of SAP Business Intelligence solutions from execution of new projects to maintenance and enhancement operations through Project or WO (Work Order) engagements
ABAP Skills needed
Development of Custom Reporting Capabilities, Dashboards, Reports with Multiple Queries.
Expertise in SAP Integration Roadmap with Business Objects tools like Webi, Xcelsius and Crystal.
Bachelors Degree in IT or Business-Related Field.
6+ years of SAP BI/BW Experience including but not limited to: data model (DTP’s, DSO’s, Transformations, Infoproviders, Multiproviders, Master Data, Extractors, LSA, Process Chains, BEX, BO - Web Intelligence, Crystal Report, Xcelsius)
Experience across multiple functional SAP modules/reporting areas preferred: FI-CO, COPA, MM, SD, PP
Good knowledge of ABAP skills for BW.
Experience in Business Objects: Web Intelligence, Enterprise, Xcelsius, Crystal
Ability to work/act as an SAP BI/BW Architect reviewing BI/BW solutions from an ABAP code and functional (LSA Compliance) perspective
