Key responsibility and activities:
- Responsible for contacts with Key Account partners to secure their satisfaction and retention.
- Determines the most crucial needs of these key customers and carries them out to ensure that they receive first-class customer care and service.
- Comes up with a strategy to manage the account and setting objectives about the account management.
- Interact and communicate with the client on a regular basis to determine changing tastes and preferences.
- Carries out continuous market analysis and research on the dynamics of the account. He comes up with a pricing structure for the client.
- Manage conflict and come up with effective negotiation and sales strategies.
- Prepare sales target of the account and regularly checks the progress and level of achievement - planning, forecasting, dealer PSI management, price strategy
- Negotiation of marketing activities with customers. Coordination of sales and marketing activities.
- Responsibility for Coad budget.
- Analyze and evaluation of realized promotions.
- Coordination of product training of shop sales staff.
- Reporting - Evaluation of business results.
Qualification:
- Min. Secondary school, preferably University
- Min. 3 years on similar position (we preferred experience with electronics)
- Fluent Czech and English
- Excellent sales, communication and presentation skills
