Major responsibilities:
- Responsible for territory revenue growth in a targeted region
- Manages funnel growth, funnel conversion and customers sales performance within territory including opportunity/deal management
- Recruits and nurtures customers/resellers and establishes tight connection with the sales channel
- Forecasts and reports on the prospective sales deals
- Acts as business advisor, builds business plan with the customers and channel partners ensuring the collaboration is profitable for all parties
- Is responsible for achieving quarterly and annual goals
Your profile:
- College, University degree or equal education
- Good orientation in IT business is a big plus
- Experience in sales or customer service, preferably on the phone
- Excellent relationship skills and strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Strong negotiation skills
- Native in Romanian language
- Fluent in English language
