Main tasks of this job:
- Procurement of goods and services at best possible price and quality
- Negotiation and managing SLA’s with internal and external service suppliers
- Maintenance of company’s supplier contract portfolio
- Design of technical structure of the service in co-operation with IT department
- Internal service monitoring vs. external service reporting
- Participates in budgeting process
Suitable candidate should have:
- University Bachelor’s degree (or higher), or equivalent in work experiences
- Min. 5 years working experience in an International company
- Ideally 2 years experience with Service management/Vendor Management/Procurement
- Excellent communications skills - Czech (native speaker) and English (advanced)
- Good understanding of IT contracts financial, sufficient IT knowledge
- Representative personality with strong negotiation skills
- Customer oriented attitude, professional expertise/ market focus
