Responsibilities:
• Communication with customers via phone and email
• Active calling to existing and new customers and selling them other services (internet connection, etc.)
• Logging data into the system
• Cooperation with other team members
Skills and Experience Required
• Experience from customer service or active telemarketing is a must
• Native Italian and fluent English
• Strong Customer Service orientation
• Sales skills
