Job Description:
- Management Plan by yearly, quarterly, monthly
- KPI Management : Target product sales and portion etc
- Analyzing Market data
- Management for target and result by regular basis
- Sufficient knowledge of Display industry and product
- Market sensing of trend and competitors product, promotion
- Planning local launching plan for new line-up
- Giving training the benefit and function of products to target customers, salesman, promoters, floor salesman etc needed
- Keep company’s premium Brand image with keeping price API, CPI
- Make Pricelist by monthly based and deploy (CZ, SK)
- Analyzing profit and loss.
- Selecting the strategic channels and models for maximizing sales performance
- Regarding Price conflict on market, set up channel margin sturcture.
- Support to set up target and conditions of each customers with sales KAM.
- Host ATL/BTL plan with cooperating marketing department in order to enhancing product visibility and presence.
- Set up budget, promotion plan and implementation followed action.
- Developing effective promotion ideas in line with the market.
- Co-work with all related part (Marketing, Retail, Agency, 3rd Party etc)
Requirements & Offerings
Candidate for this position should have University degree in marketing or General Management, at least 3 years experience in marketing at similar or same position, experience in marketing or product management with fluent english.
Good managerial skill are required, also as good time management, stress management with ability to lead sales, communication and presentation skills on professional level.
