A candidate will be responsible for preparing and coordinating all documents for routine contract preparation and renewal based on company templates. He / She will assists attorney(s) with drafting and editing contractual documents, collecting and evaluating supporting data as well as maintains a filling and tracking system to ensure contract signature and renewal.
A suitable candidate should have a Bachelor Degree or equivalent with two to five years' experience. We require experience working with contracts in an international company or law firm.
Fluency in English (speaking and writing) is a must, knowledge of other languages is a plus. A candidate should have a knowledge and experience of relevant software applications - PowerPoint, spreadsheets, word processing, and database management. A suitable candidate must be meticulous, detail oriented with strong organisational and communication skills and strong problem - solving skills, able to work independently.
During the process candidate has to demonstrate understanding of legal contract concepts, efficient administration and automation of contract processes.
This job requires ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team, demonstrating a collegial and productive manner; someone who can quickly build effective relationships with clients and others at all levels throughout the organisation, providing top-quality advice and service on a timely basis.
