Customer Care Specialist with French language

Our client - an international manufacture company - is seeking for an experienced and motivated candidate to work for their Customer Value Chain department. Their manufacture plant is not situated at the customer service department, but they are working closely together on the customer’s request.

As Customer Care Specialist you will be the contact person for the internal and external - mainly French speaking - customers through all contact channels. You will answer their phone calls, e-mails, faxes regarding to their question and request about the products, orders, delivery. You should cooperate with other departments (technical support, production, production planning, logistics, field sales team) regarding to customer issues and requirements. You should manage and monitor all types of orders, delivery dates and holds and escalate where appropriate. Pro-actively provide status updates to internal and external customers on transactions and issues on a regular basis.


The ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years experience in customer service/sales assistant/purchase order role, preferably worked at a manufacture company with experience in technical products. You must have at least high school degree, preferably with technical or economics specialisation. Due to the international environment and the foreign customers you must speak at least on advanced level in French and English. Excellent communication and customer service skills are also requirement.
