A successful candidate would be responsible for different agendas – such as assistance for the president and management, reception and office administration. The assistance for the management consists in organization of business trips, expenses calculations etc. The candidate will provide office supply and service, coordination of the work of reception, organize car fleet and recommend improvement of the processes.
A suitable candidate should have at least high school education and minimum 1 year of similar working experience. The candidate should have excellent knowledge of MS Excel. Fluent English is a must! The client is looking for patient and responsible person, who is also energetic and initiative.
