A successful candidate will be responsible for updating employee data in HR IT system, HR reporting within the group and providing operational and administrational support for HR team. Important part of the job is preparation position descriptions and organisational charts and working on ad-hoc studies, which will help to make strategic decisions in the area. The candidate will also communicate with recruitment, training and education agencies, as well as with all departments of the company.
An ideal candidate should have University degree, minimum 3-year working experience in an HR analytic position and knowledge of HR issues. Very good knowledge of MS Office and fluent English is a must. The client is looking for flexible, stress resistant and analytical person, who has strong business skills and is assertive.
