Our client, an American financial institution, is currently looking for a new member for their Prague-based team to fill the role of Underwriter.
The successful candidate will be responsible for underwriting professional indemnity, directors and officers and other financial lines classes. He or she will deal with new business and fully service existing accounts. Additionally the candidate will undertake renewal reviews, applying terms as necessary and develop business relation with insurance brokers.
A suitable candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the area of Underwriting and financial lines. Fluency in the Czech language and very good level of English language is essential. Working experience with business development and broker environment are big advantage. He or she should have excellent communication skills and be a dynamic person who is not afraid of working under pressure.
