The person will be responsible for preparation and perfect implementation of shopper activation plans at the channel/customer level with focus on category growth and channel/customer specifics. The parts of responsibilities are also:
* selecting, designing & implementation shopper marketing tools: non-price promotions, customer programs, POS solutions
* preparation of shopper activation plan per channel/customer in close collaboration with KAM/NKAM/consumer activation team based on understanding shopper/customer/chain specifics (promotional policy and calendar, role of the category, shopper characteristics).
The suitable candidate will have:
* University Degree
* Previous shopper marketing experience
* Previous experience with trade marketing
* Knowledge of pharmacy area (chains) is an advantage, but not necessary
* Excellent organisation, communication, collaboration and influencing skills
* Excellent project management skills
* Fluent English (verbal and written) is a must
* Extensive knowledge of PC usage
* Sales experience would be an advantage
